Prof. H.N. Pandya is a Professor at Department of Electronics, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, Gujarat State. He is Ph.D. in Physics from Saurashtra University. He has taught undergraduate students for more than twelve years and Post graduate students for more than 29 years.
